- Will Studd Brillat Savarin Soft Cheese (200g)
Will Studd Brillat Savarin is a decadent triple-cream cheese similar to a brie and takes its name from the famous 18th-century French food writer Brillat Savarin. Made in Bourgogne, France, with cows milk, it's deeliciously creamy with a slightly chalky centre when young. The texture gradually breaks down until it can be scooped from the centre with a spoon close to its use-by date. Make sure you remove the top layer of the cheese in order to access the yummy the goodness in the centre.
Note: Occasionally the Brillat Savarin will have fluffy white spots/ 'bunny tails' on its surface. This is entirely natural and does not pose a food safety issue. The small white mould clusters are Penicillium Candidum, similar the moulds used on brie and camembert and develop when the cheese ages.
- Quicke's Extra Mature Clothbound Traditional English Cheddar (150g)
A beautifully mature cheese hand-made in Devon, UK, using pasteurised milk from Quicke's own grass-fed cows and naturally aged for typically 18 months. This is a rich and crumbly cheddar. It is sharp and sweet, with hints of onion/chive and a pleasant earthy umami flavour from the initial touch of the tongue through to the aftertaste.

Shipping information: Due to the perishable nature of the goods in this hamper, it must be shipped via courier at a rate of $25. It must be delivered to a physical address and cannot be delivered to a PO Box. As it contains alcohol, the hamper must be received by a person aged over 18 years old. The receiver will be required to show a Government issued ID upon receiving the goods.
