Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include a live tracking link for you to access at any time.

Where do you ship to?

We ship nationally however any hampers that include goods which require refrigeration (caviar and cheese) can only be shipped to addresses in Sydney.

If you order a hamper that includes alcohol please ensure that someone over 18 is available to receive it. They will be required to show government issued identification. If no one is available to receive the parcel, it will be returned to sender or left at your local post office.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates vary for a range of reasons.

For example, we are not able to ship perishable goods through Australia Post so these must be sent via refrigerated courier. To ensure the freshness of the goods, we can only ship hampers with perishable goods to locations in Sydney, Australia.

Hampers that do not include cheese or caviar can be shipped across Australia and to many international destinations.

Can I make changes to my hamper?

We will always try out best to meet your requirements however sometimes this will not be possible.

Do you deliver on Saturday or Sunday?

We deliver Monday to Friday only. During busy times ie Christmas we will deliver on weekends but for now, it's just Monday til Friday.
